Q: So I can box by myself?
A: One of the directions you can take is our 24/7 Blast Boxing Circuit training. Come in, anytime, and follow the timer. Move from station to station and push yourself or workout side by side with a friend. The focus is on fun, safe and challenging exercises. We are an authentic boxing gym with all the equipment you could ever need. This works with your schedule, not ours.
Q: What are the classes like?
We ensure that each class has 3 elements. fun, a great workout and increased skills! Our coaches are taught to be patient, understanding and great motivators. They will take their time to make sure every part of your training is effective and enjoyable.
Q: This is for men and women?
A: Yes! The boxers’ workout is an ideal training option for everyone! We provide a safe, supportive environment where everyone is challneged with an empowering workout and see the results you are looking for.
Q: How are the Blast Boxing classes different from cardio boxing classes at my health club?
A: Unlike a large group fitness class, we focus on details and techniques. This allows your skill and endurance to improve together! Also the equipment is totally focused for the classical boxer which is a huge asset to your experience.
Q: What is Golden Gloves Boxing?
A: Golden Gloves is the amateur, competitive side of boxing. This organization puts together matches locally where you can get in the ring. You can register at our gym and work with a trainer if this is the direction you want to take your training!
